We the Youth, Restoration
Originally created in 1987, "We the Youth" is the final remaining mural of iconic artist Keith Haring. With painstaking restoration in the spirit of city improvement and art appreciation, the mural and its surrounding landscape have been spruced up to project youthful joy and childlike innocence.
Children play a large part in all artistic facets of the city. The Philadelphia Youth Orchestra is a historic and reknowned group featuring the most talented kids ages 6-21 from all over the world. Nearly all the graduates go on to play for esteemed orchestras, making Philadelphia a hub for talent and creativity of all types.
